GE/Wink Link bulbs

There are three models currently: A19, BR30, and PAR38
A19 has been tested working successfully out of the box.
If for some reason it becomes unresponsive to cloud or almond plus sensor commands follow these steps to resolve:
- Delete unresponsive sensor using Almond+ touchscreen interface
- Repeat these steps five times.
- Turn OFF light
- Wait 3 seconds
- Turn ON light
- Wait 3 seconds
- The light will dim slightly and return to full brightness, when bulb is in pairing mode.
- Return to the Almond+ touchscreen interface, and add sensor.
